Descripción Statement
The project (e)motions consist a number of performances inspired from the transformable nature of human emotions and the constant process of becoming. The water is used as the main subject matter as it is associated with the human feelings and emotions while becoming the metaphor of being and movement. The Greek philosopher Heraclitus believed that man cannot enter the same river twice: "All things move and nothing remains still, and you cannot step twice into the same stream". The river remains the same but the water changes as it flows. Therefore everything is in a continual change and “flux”.
